Cover: System-level analysis of the cardiac signaling network suggests mechanism-based therapeutic strategies for heart failure. The reconstructed cardiac signaling network consists of 141 nodes and 274 links; 212 links are activation links (red pointed arrows) and 62 links are inhibition links (blue blunted arrows). Of the 141 nodes, there are 17 input nodes and 15 output nodes.
